Product Description
Legal Thinking of Lawyers This book is a new version of the 2010 edition of The Talented Lawyers and the two subsequent reprints. It is the result of advice from readers, of the author’s experience gathered through classes held at the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association as well as the author’s research and learning over the past 5 years. Like previous books, this book is written for new lawyers entering the profession. The book’s content is divided into 4 parts: – Part one: Introduces you to legal thinking and gives you the conditions you must have, or must change from before to be able to think legally. After graduating from law school, you do not have the legal thinking ability to become a lawyer; Because law school trains you to do legal regimes (ie, draft laws for others to apply and supervise the implementation of laws). You will know about this more clearly when reading Chapter 2 of this Part.
– Part two: Presents legal thinking; includes implementation methods; tasks for you to… practice and know the nature of legal questions.
– Part three: Gives some tasks for you to practice doing a test of your legal thinking.
– Part four: Some additional readings for you to expand your knowledge.
